As a means of raising funds, the Library sells various goods and services to the general public. Our goal at the Library is to make any purchases you make from us easy, efficient and equitable. The following purchase policies are designed to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process using the Site. You can place an order on-line using our Products Order Form. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£). You may also order by telephone on 0044 (0) 28 9032 1707. Payment can be via MasterCard/Visa/American Express/Maestro.
We will aim to dispatch goods within 3 days of receipt of order. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery within Europe and up to 8 weeks for delivery outside Europe. If you have not received your goods within this time, please contact the General Services Manager at the Library.
The Linen Hall Library uses a secure server for all financial transactions. Purchasing online is one of the safest ways to use your credit card. The security symbol at the bottom of the screen on our Products Order Form ensures that your transaction cannot be viewed by any unauthorised person.
Refunds and Exchanges
A refund will only be paid if the goods purchased are faulty or damaged.
